For your convenience, Adams Horse and Pet Supplies hopes to make the returns and exchanges processes as fast and easy as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 60 days (New saddles must be returned within 30 days, consignment and used saddles must be returned in 7 days) of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 60 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted. Items without original packaging or with tags removed will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or not in new condition, we need to be contacted immediately. Failure to do so will force us to believe any damage occurred while in your possession and will deem the item non-returnable.
We’re sorry, but for obvious reasons, bits are NOT RETURNABLE if they are placed in the horse’s mouth! Please use care when picking the size/type of bit.
Please place a bed sheet on your horse when you try on blankets and sheets. Blankets must be returned free of horse hair and dirt for a refund.
There is a $35 fee for all new and demo saddle returns. (please see our saddle return policy)
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return items. If an exchange is desired, and the item is valued at less than $100, there will be an additional shipping charge to ship your new item out.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Adams Horse and Pet Supplies does not accept returns for custom color/size items. Once opened, computer software, videos, and DVDs are non-returnable.
If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Adams Horse and Pet Supplies will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacturer's warrantee.
For returns on items drop shipped from our vendors must be returned to us - not them.
For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipment.
In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you (i.e. you ordered boots and received fly spray) please contact us for return instructions.
Please note that most horse clothing items are not warranted against tears unless they are due to a manufacturing defect (with the exception of certain Weatherbeeta Turnouts which have a 1 year outer shell guarantee and some Pessoa blankets). If you send a damaged blanket back that is deemed not a manufacturer's defect, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to get the item back to you.
Please contact the carrier (UPS etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
